The Most Developmental Career Path
When you think about your career path, what was the most stretching? The one where you just feel like you evolved the most and the fastest as a leader? That's a tough one. I don't have any one. There are some very, very pivotal moments that I can think of. When I joined Wreck-It, I was on the French's brand. Then they moved me to manage the Durex brand out of London. And so having been successful in a different environment than I grew up in was really, really important.
