What Do You Think of the Digital Democracy Platform?
Paulis is a digital democracy platform based in Taipei, Taiwan. It was set up by Colin McGill who combined his lifelong passions for both politics and technology to build Paulis. A debate on polis exposed some points of contention including whether e-scooters should be allowed onto public spaces. By the end of the evening it was agreed that several e-scooter pilot sites would be launched and eventually a law was passed to allow e- scooters across Taiwan as long as they followed certain rules.
