Cancer cells are very much like normal cells when you attack a bacteria. And that's why, as i mention, we have, at least historically, had such an issue with toxicity. As we learned more about biology and were able to understand the real, subtle differences between cancer cells and healthy cells, then absolutely we can target those specific differences and ultimately kill the cancer cells.
