Tomlin Carapolo: A Rare Trait

Al Davis called me one time. He said, hey, I hear this guy in Tampa is really good. And I think, you know, he's somebody we should take a look at. Tomlin was this incredible, engaging guy that he could get people to follow him. That's a rare trait. We're not working on that. We're spending so much time on scheme.
