I think one of the things too is just getting past this idea of looking stupid. Michael Jordan once said he never thought about missing a shot. Ever. There's no room for wondering, oh, what happens if I missed the shot? And so embarrassment, Joe, is the sign that your attention is off the task at hand or the person in front of you. My attention because I can't see your handsome faces on Jacob right now. But I get to see your face. And so my attention is on you. Even if I couldn't see your face, I'd be listening real hard."
