Having a Ritual

i had a religious upbringing that i didn't really care for. And so when i hear the word ritual,. it has this kind of a silly, traditional kind of vibe to it, intuitively to me. I look around like, oh, my god, i'm such a mess all the time, and i'm always so disorganized. Why would i be scared to have a couple of rituals in my life? A few months ago, i'm like, i need some rituals. What would a ritual be in mylife? And and younow.
