There was ultimately a war of attrition on decisioning that whoever was last man standing got the vote. The arguments could have been less contentious and we could have probably shortened the debates, but they were valuable and we would game it out. That's actually in retrospect a relatively functional process because there was a distribution of authority and accountability. I wouldn't recommend it as a, you can do better.
