The Importance of a Mental Push

I think I've done a good job of being of still being prising with my family still cooking meals still doing all the things. My training has been on point way more on point than I thought and then all of that energy like if anything, I've made a mental push and I'm not that lean yet. The price for me going from mid 180s to 170 was I didn't really out go out to eat I limited my processed food intake. You just start to understand the prices of these things and you also understand where people will get into trouble yeah.
