Is Someone in Cardiac Stasis Really in Trouble?
Vital signs wise, we're going to be looking at heart rate over systolic blood pressure. LV function, RV function, valve function, volume status is super important too. Take a quick look at the lungs, determine the B lines that can imply high pulmonary wedge pressure. Are they modeled? Are they warm? Are they cold? And that'll give you sense of their cardiac output.
