Is There a Nietzschean Culture?

In some sense everyone is exactly accurately reading or interpreting Nietzsche and their actions if you believe the world is actually behaving according to world of power. I don't think that's ever happened on any sort of organized level it's always been individuals. He did a really good job with insulating or inoculating his epigony against forming this type of cult-like religious structure by constantly saying like here's my way whereas yours as to the one way it doesn't exist all of my followers pleased apart from me.
