Are Interest Rates a Risk or an Opportunity?

Interest rates have moderated a little bit we have the Fed meeting today so they're expected to bump either 25 to 50 business points. If you've got big variable rate death they're a risk but frankly if you haven't been able to buy a 5% high quality bond before now that's an opportunity. The other thing is if you're if you're looking to sell or buy housing you know interest rates have had a big impact on the housing market and we'll probably have continued to have a big one this coming year.
