Kevin, I think you said revenue was around seven million. Revenue is closer to 10. SDE when I acquired the business was a 1.7 for the last, last couple years. We are primarily known for drapery and sheer products. So mostly window. We're doing a little bit more upholstery, but that's certainly not what we're known for. Kevin: Any thoughts on why you were able to buy this business as opposed to a strategic or private equity group?
