The Five Good Life Habits

If your attention is constantly flitting all day, every day, that determines the nature and quality of your entire life. The more you gain the ability to actually have some level of relationship and control over where your attention is how you process it,. It changes profoundly your ability to live the life that you want to live. So for me, that fifth good life habit, which, like every other thing, starts out as a behavior, its intentional and wilful - i hug myself in the morning.
