Lupus and control pregnancies found a similar main age of delivery. The control mothers had a higher number of pregnancies and deliveries. Live birth rates were similar in these two groups. We did observe higher rates of C-section, pre-term delivery, preeclampsia and pre-term preeclampsie all in the lupus pregnancies compared to the control pregnancy.
