IOs in EJFR Mutant Disease?
I think my practice has shifted a little bit. In the past, I would do liquid biopsy first looking for a driver. And now I really do tissue biopsy upfront because we've seen something on liquid like C797S like met. If there are no brain nets, one strategy is to look at chemo I.O. combos with VEGF. But again, if someone has brain nets, it's really not a strategy for me as I'm continuing TKI. There's a lot of E.J.F. are in Japan. We are seeing some results.
