Calum doesn't have all of the information. He doesn't know how many drop off at each stage, so i'll make some hypotheses. So in this case, cal hypothesises that two % of the web sigt visitors raised their hands to optin, one % accept the trial offer, and zero point one percent begin a paid subscription. Now, are these the exact numbers that kajabi is working with? No. But do they get the point across and allow him to show more of his value down the road? Absolutely.
