Biden has told supporters that he expects a Republican majority in the House and Senate if Democrats lose control of both houses. The former vice president is raising money for his re-election campaign, even as he prepares to lower expectations about how well Republicans will do this time around. He's also setting the stage to hold his ground against the Republican majority by warning gas prices are going to go up further than they already are. Biden said on Wednesday: "I'll be spending all my time with the veto pen"
