Capital for Innovation - What's the Challenge?

I think what's interesting challenge for me on all this is you are thinking very hard about how to re order the space of innovation. A lot of the ideas that you put on the table that sound the most practical come down to regulatory changes, like ways to create pools of capital for shared ownership. Those feel like the sort of things that are going to have to go through a centralized and highly functional and somewhat paralyzed government system. I mean, we don't have the political will to say, oh, this is a great idea... Let's do it right! And i think there's an interesting opportunity for a relationship between some of these new spaces that are emerging.
