When to Let Go of Anxiety

When one may have feelings of anxiety the instinct to self-soothe can be a useful tool. If I'm working from home I've got a lot of work on sometimes I can get so in it but I think I'm just gonna lie down and have a nap. That might seem like I'm taking time off but that is my pure escapism. We need to know when to let go we listen to anxiety you try to take action on it if it's telling you I'm anxious about a test you study more and then the anxiety goes done you.
