In a fixed price model, i would hire the whole team and just get it done. My guys wold do the art wor usally on their own, you know, equipment at home. Writers wed be kinsin in a scriptsoff wayor that kind of thing. The next kind of phase, i suppose, is in this sort of retainer model. We're sort of bleeding into that, rather than signing a contract to r you the pitch bible or deliver you 13 episodes.
