Canadians in the Race for a Seat in T 19

West toron will be an interesting one to keep an eye on. The alliance party vote has risen slowly but steadily. There is a greater balfast party if they can gain a seat out there, and at the expense of shinfian. It's not a slam donk for a lance like some of the other places we've looked at.
