Is There a Competition Between Bitcoin and a Digital Dollar?

i think we're going to see a world that will have bitcoin and some kind of digital dollar, or, you on, or whatever state base currency working alongside it. I don't know exactly its is likelihood of passing a but i think its is the first step in getting, i into the broader conversation. My main concern with central bank digital currencies? The one that's going to ultimately get the least amount of attention proportionate to its impact. We need more than assurances from political leaders that these things will have the sort of requisite privacy.
