The Need for Neurodiversity in Special Operations

Research has to do with some research that was done by Colonel Dr. Art Finch on the nature of the learning profiles within special operations where there is an exceedingly high level of things like ADHD and dyslexia. And broadly speaking, neuroscientists are now talking about that as neurodiversity which is to say that all of our brains are different and they're different along a spectrum. When we actually see them in practice, what we find is high levels of innovation, high levels of collaboration,high levels of creativity. Absolutely.
