My dad went to law school with the idea of figuring out how to use the law as an instrument for ending war am. And so he had a very profound critique of what was taking place in de viawor and he spelled it all out. So we grew up with this profound sense of ponsibility for our social contect and what was happening. If things look bad, that can't be a cause for despondency and retreat. It's got to be a cause to get engaged and to go to the problem and try to try to solve it.
