The underlying problem was that I kind of look at you a little bit as your, your little bit of a dinosaur. So the first call I get is from this new data manager saying, hey, my boss, the CTO, every month is telling me she doesn't like the way I'm delivering this package. What should I do? I have to convince her. And it's awesome because I think you're reaching for it. But I said, hey, here's my first thought. If my boss comes to me and said, this is the format that I want you to deliver this document to me in, you know what I'm going to do? Exactly what she says.
