Jason: I think it comes down to fear. It's interesting because we talk about this adventure quite a bit which is saying only a founder can make that type of a decision. And I don't think that's necessarily true. Because look at Slootman, what he did at Snowflake. Now, Slootman is a pure executor, but he was not afraid of making decisions and things of that nature. He says the best managers are those who will actually say the stuff that goes on set or do the things that need to get done.
