A Black Knight Says Home Equity Levels Are Still High
A black knight is saying that the housing market is on strong footing to weather correction. Even if the national home price declined about five %, it would only result in less than one percent of homes becoming under water. And another interesting thing i wanted to point out is that home equity levels are still high,. although a black knight is expecting it to come off from its peak levels this year.
