i legitimately find it alarming that the self help category, and like rachel hollis being the best seller for several years among my demographic. And just s to show how much of an opportunity there is to prey on a lot of these overlap that could be achieved with therapy as it relates to self improvement. The way you go about theraphizing and helping oneself and brain washing a person a times isn't that dissimilar. It's why it's so important to be getting help from actual licensed professionals. But even beyond that, i don't know, somethingas just really upsets me about a person like rachelhollisyou know, pitching you this tough love type of mentality
