A Subordinate Goal Is a Smart Goal
Superordinate goals are more specific and give us clear routes to accomplish the superordinate goal. Intermediary goals are a little bit lower on the hierarchy, but it doesn't mean the least important. subordinate goals can be really hard to stick with if there's no structure for why they matter collectively. Multi-faceted benefits of superordinate goals I think are way too discounted and undervalued.
