Running is one of these lost arts that it often gets, you know, neglect or forgotten about. I think there's something to this idea of how do we get the quality of work so that it builds us up without, or with minimizing breaking down? And i'm going to give you three examples on why  this is important. The Norwegians are doing a s at threshold, or four hundreds, a little bit faster, kind of like old zatapeck or igloy, with very short rest. They're essentially microdosing as much of that as they can,. because they think that's important, right? You see it in their double threshold sessions.
