There's a sort of symbiotic relationship that there's a way in which imposed surveillance, like say, an ankle monitor is all about control and gathering data. And then you can see what is likely to happen to a larger spectrum of people. In many ways, again, it's the same thing as what a smart city would offer. It's just that the idea of who it serves and how it's serving you is different.
