What Happened to Your Swimming Lessons?
Gazam municipality was forced to dump sewage into the sea near Gazapur. The water there became extremely contaminated. Anjad decided to suspend holding his swimming lessons there because it was too dangerous for children. He found a spot in North Gaza where they were so sort of swimming pools but they were not swimming pools as we know them. They were simply put just big holes in the ground and then covered with plastic sheeting and filled with water.
