How to Court Targets in a Small Deal

The probability of a successful outcome when you're courting targets in this stage is still low. The burden you want to put on the organization needs to be commensurate with the chance of success. For small deals, say anywhere from $20 to $100, $150 million, you want to keep in the core 15 if you can.
