The Importance of Systems Thinking in Design
I had no idea really what I wanted to do with it, but it was so cool to learn. It teaches very sort of linear thought processes and critical thinking that is wildly helpful in all sorts of other stuff. Two or three systems aren't exactly the same. And then you sort of step back and you're like, these probably should be the same. It's weird that they're not. If something is too complicated, you're probably doing it wrong.
