How to Influence Music

Mulliken was, like many of the Hilberle Boogie players, equally influenced both by country and blues music. He would take influences from everywhere, but transmute them into his own style. The most important influence that Mulliken brought into country music through him became a major influence on rock and roll. Cajun music is music made by the Cajun people in Louisiana. They have their own language, Cajun French, rather than speaking English as so many other people in the US do. It's Cajun culture which makes New Orleans such a unique place,. and which makes its music so different from the rest of the US.
