Is There a Crisis in High Yield Debt?
High yield debt is a marginal participant in the ecosystem that have financial markets. These are things that have a loan to value ratios. When you repo them as collateral, they can't shove it into the Fed and say, thanks, can I get value for this? And so we can have to cough this stuff up. It's really hard to put money to work in those circumstances.
