How to Lower Your Forefoot Cadence
Cadence is an incredible way to control one of the exercise parameters. I work with a ton of runners who consult me for bone stress injuries involving the metatarsals as well as Achilles 10 and apathy. If you really look at the extreme of cadence, that would be me running at like 250 steps per minute. What happens if you take that down to say 150, 135? You essentially get into bounding, which is a pretty incredible drill for runners.
