How to Audit Your Life in a Practical Way

The first thing you need to do is record your day. You need to figure out where your time is going without you're putting any kind of without tipping the the scale in any direction. The point being is until you see it, you can't fix it. And so for a week or two weeks, audit your time. What does a good week look like? Not a perfect week, not an ideal week, right? Because I, you know, we asked them, create your ideal week. Like, I spend three hours on the beach in the morning, and go to the movie theater,. okay, well, then I've got to create a good one too.
