The difference that i've at least e understood, and by the way, i love what said, the way i've heard it being explained, is that feelings are our experiences of emotions. So emotions are something that is chemically, biologically, physically happening, and then how we feel about what is happening is our feeling. If my body is a feeling exhausted, if my body is tired, and the emotional experience would be, you know, low energy,  that's an emotion. We get stuck in our head with something that's actually quite physical, if that makes sense.
