The biggest motivated in doing what I do is just trying to once again takes people's careers to the next level. We basically get the influence and try to maximize that so that we have a bigger impact on the pre sales community. Those are the things I think about tracking for my business. And then the things I like to partner with customers on to see like what cake the eyes. They want to track as part of the enablement for their organization.
