In 20 22, the prince of wales becomes king charles the third. What can he do now to follow his concerns about the environment as the sovereign? Which, at least in my lifetime, has been fairly a political. But irrespective of that, i think the very fact of him having spent so long and so successfully driving forward this agender means it doesn't really matter whether now he is constrained.
