How to Motivate People to Take a Course

How do you motivate people to take a training course? I don't think I know the formula for that, you know, that yet. A lot of times it's posing questions that they're going to resonate with them. We have a good little kind of 45 minute spiel and then a 15 minute Q and A just to help someone see what this thing is all about. With visual data, it's a little easier than some of the other topics because charts are so visual and they're eye-catching.
