The Core Values of US Training in Africa
Since 2008 US trained soldiers in Africa have attempted at least nine coups and succeeded in at least eight across five Western across five West African countries. I think it's good to you know see them get uncomfortable when when they have to talk about this stuff. So again Langley insisted that these core values were focused on respect for civilian governance and Gates said that those values are not sticking.
