Is the Patient Unwell?

The patient had a 20 week miscarriage. She was admitted fo observation, but she was only spotting bleeding at the moment. Her symptoms seemed to come on suddenly, but they didn't seem to bother her. The question is if she's stable enough to be transferred to a big hospital? Will she he shook, go n the ambulance? And will the mri help change my management plan overnight? If i do identify an accord lesion, will that make a difference? It is four o'clock in the morning. How long will it take for me to arrange all this? Because it can take time. Will it be better keep her, like you say? You know, i think i
