You Decide From the Beginning

I was so tired of dealing with it that i just closed the businesse. I don't want to do business with my family or friends any more. But if you're stuck in this situation, when i look back, that would be the thing. You need some one needs to be the king in the business. And they finally say, we're doing this decision. That's it. No more talk, no more arguing, no more fighting. It's over. I have decided. And this is what we're doing right. Look at big businesses, successful businesses, they have a ceo. There is finally someone at the top that makes the final decisions"
