You need to do the kind of things that a 70 point at three athlete needs to do compared to just doing olympic distance triplons or if you wanto do yor iron man m. And it's important to select something that is achievable for yourself. Trying to do three different sports when your life is crazy hectic isn't going to fit in. So merge rule number three which is being realistic with your life styls. But we're talking about picking specific events that suit you and then training specifically for that event.
