Alan Greenspan and the Fed

After Volcker, there's Greenspan. You could describe Greenspan's views and how they differed from Volkers. And then also just the place of fiscal policy in this period of Greenspan's leadership. The public was not up at arms about 3% to 4% inflation. Much of the federal open market committee I sat on for a while was not up against deflation either.
