Coaches who don't have official certifications are better than half the coaches out there, two thirds of them. Research says that you need 15 grams of protein an hour before strength training unless you want to go catabolic. The evidence doesn't give you the answer, guys. It doesn't. A research article isn't a good enough answer. The client in front of you is the answer. And it's so difficult nowadays. You know, you have insta, graham, you have facebook, you have thes rainers that look great that are putting out pars. But i'm not going to tel you who these coaches are. That's not how it works.
