Beta-Glucan and Alpha-Amylase in All Malt Beers
The range on what we consider high beta-glucan, every customer that I have will probably tell you what that cut off is. In terms of die-steady power and alpha-amylase, I think they are good measurements. They can have a use especially the DP side when you're looking at all malt brewing versus adjunct brewing. So it's very, I think these specs are set very conservatively and protectively.
