Dr. Kellogg's New Sanitary

Dr. Kellogg's flaked cereal was a huge hit with guests at his sanitarium in southwest Michigan. Guests included Amelia Earhart, Johnny Weizmiller and John D. Rockefeller. The Seventh-day Adventist church eventually excommunicated Dr. Kellogg because of the sand's grandeur. But he continued to run it as a luxury health resort for well-to-do people.
